5. Cast characters
The first step in bringing your script to life is casting your characters.
BRON allows for Real or AI generated characters to play the part.
You can start with AI generated characters and later when casting actors, update the characters in BRON.
After the initial script import update the Description and Profile information as required.
This can be done using AI or adding text to describe your character in more detail.
All changes are saved automatically.
Just drag and drop a portrait of your cast member on the Reference image box provided
Alternatively you can use the tools below the image to upload, use webcam, or paste an image as well.
Make sure you have an AI Image model configured and selected in the sidebar.
Select Use Image Prompt, and make sure the image prompt is setup in your Project > Custom Settings
Then click the Text+ to Image button to generate a character based on your image prompt.
You may want to modify your character or create multiple versions of your character. BRON allows you to do this simply by entering text in the Image Editing section.
Make sure you have an AI Image to Image model configured and selected in the sidebar.
Use Image Prompt should be off as we only want to use the image editing information.
Click to open the Image Editing section
Enter the editing instructions in the text area provided.
Click the Image to Image button.
Keep in mind the reference image is used as the starting point. Reset/Select the reference image in the gallery section and Select as Reference as required.
Depending on the AI models used, you can construct or build your character based on up to three reference images, as well as adding image editing prompt text to guide AI in the process of creating a version of your character.
Note the use of ref_01 to assist AI in understanding which image is referred to. This is not essential as some AI can figure it out as well.
In this example we used our real world actor, dressing her in a catsuit and placing her in NY with her two Doberman dogs. Based on an exact location reference, and even styled her hair.
